Magnani Caruso Dutton seeks front-end programmers with extensive experience in all phases of the web application development life-cycle. Successful candidates will be responsible to produce the technical development and maintenance of large-scale, complex, interactive solutions and demonstrate an excellent understanding of customer needs and business strategy.-
Minimum Qualifications:
• Fluency with Adobe CS (e.g., Photoshop) as relates to front-end development (graphic slicing and optimization)
• Rock-solid in XHTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of DOM and BOM
• Experience with IDE (Eclipse), version control (SVN), CMS (Interwoven) and QA (Mantis) tools
• Support A-grade browsers and accessibility
• Best practices in SEO, interactive marketing, site development, and metrics
• Skilled in creating site and application prototypes
• Perform QA regarding unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure projects meet client objectives before deployment
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Self-started with strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Be comfortable working independently, or as part of a team
• 3-4 years development experience working for an internet agency
• BS in Computer Science , applicable experience considered
Desirable Qualifications:
• ActionScript 3.0/Flex

Job Description:
The Django Developer will work on projects for external clients as well as internal Push projects under the guidance of the Lead Developer and Lead Producer. He or she will build, test, debug and troubleshoot programs and scripts for various functions, and modify existing code to add or adjust new features.
Required:
3-5 years of development experience
Experience with Python and Django
A good understanding of object-oriented programming and relational data modeling.
An understanding of Ajax
Demonstrated basic experience with HTML/XML, CSS table-less design and Javascript
Desired:
Must have excellent problem-solving skills and love technical challenges
Must be self-motivated, and able to multitask
Must be able to take initiative to be productive and efficient
Must be able to function independently and still work well in a “team oriented” environment
Strong communication skills (both in person and in writing) while interacting with individuals who possess a range of technical understanding.
