Qualifications:
* An experienced, talented, freelance designer with excellent communication skills
* Quick grasp of creative from a brief
* Understands that design is more than just making things look pretty but rather communicating information in a meaningful way.
* Ability to quickly create engaging, eye-catching web site concepts rooted in user interaction and user experience.

Requirements:
* If you’ve got XHTML/CSS experience, you’re already ahead of the game.
* Solid portfolio of work
* Top-notch design abilities
* Knowledge of the technical limitations of designing for the web
