Technical Adobe and MS Office expert

We are looking for a technical Adobe and MS Office expert who is facile in both Mac and Windows environments. We don’t even know what sort of title this person would usually have, but here are the problems we need to solve:

Problem 1. We are creating PNG files using Adobe Illustrator in a Mac environment. When we place them in Word and PPT in a Windows environment, they lose a decent amount of quality. When we then PDF the Word or PPT file, the images become very distorted on screen and only a bit less so in print.

Problem 2. We have created a PPT template, the file size for which keeps exploding. Example: We have a 25-slide doc that hit 8 MB.

Problem 3. We are trying to create a robust PPT template and having various technical issue in chart design and, specifically, chart fill, etc.

HIT Web Design formally Heritage Web Solutions, an IT Industry leader, is hiring contracted Graphic Designers to build custom websites for our clients. We design and develop custom websites, flash, logos, databases, e-commerce stores and more for clients nationwide.

Job Expectations:
- Contact the customer within 24 hours of accepting the projects
- After accepting the project you will need to contact the customer via phone at least two times a week
- Designers are required to use shapes, or vector graphics, in their designs as much as possible.
- After the project managers have approved the site, you must contact the customer to get their approval on the final designs
- We require that all outsource designers have a USB headset that connects into their computer. We will send software to download for a softphone/VOIP connection to our in-house phone system.
