Brief Description
COLDWELL BANKER BURNET is seeking a part-time RECEPTIONIST for two evening shifts and every other Saturday. The ideal candidate must have a customer service and team oriented attitude; excellent phone, written, and communication skills; the ability to work independently; and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
The Receptionist is responsible for answering multiple phone lines and directing callers to appropriate personnel. They also may assist in setting showings and maintaining listings in the system. They also greet clients and support other administrative staff members.

Preferred Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative responsibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Creative problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
• Basic math skills which include addition, subtration, multiplication, division, percentage, fractions and the ability to calculate commissions, interest and discounts.

Work Summary:
Freelance Junior Merchandisers will be responsible for executing client directives and working around any discrepancies. Projects can range between 16 to 100+ hours over the course of 2 months with travel opportunities available throughout the country. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, placing visual aids through-out the sales floor and placement of stock onto the selling floor (with a key focus on the back wall placement by size and style).
Ideal candidates will be able to successfully perform the following:
• Replenishing merchandise according to client provided planogram
• Sizing according to client standard
• Being a client liaison with retailer & building strong relationships at the door level
• Following protocol and dress code
Experience Requirements:
• 1-2+ years of retail experience within a department store
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to push/pull 100-150 pounds when moving stock parts
• Stocking requirements can involve reaching above and below shoulder level and lifting 25-50 pound boxes
Skills / Physical Requirements:
• Strong communication & problem solving skills
• Understanding that being in constant communication with Winston management is important
• Flexible schedule – must be able to commit to dates in specific time frame
• Fill in Store Visit Report (SVR) and responsible for maintaining store protocol on every visit
• Digital photography mandatory
Travel Requirements:
• Must be eligible to rent a car (if necessary)
• Must have proper electronic equipment available during travel (i.e. use and access to digital camera and computer for reporting purposes)
• Ability to problem solve
• Comfortable working in various retail environments

The Web and Mobile Interface Visual Designer position requires strong online design and production skills with focus on user centric design.
Design / development of mobile applications, especially for iPhone and Blackberry is a huge plus.
This person must also be able to take direction well, be team oriented, as well as take initiative. Expert level grasp of applicable software is required; particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Fireworks and Dreamweaver, as well as a strong understanding of old and new web technologies. Expert level of Flash and Action Scripting is preferred.
Applicant must have a extremely strong design portfolio, reflecting senior-level Web design experience and detail focused production skills
Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures of graphic and Web design, and usability, with a strong user-centered design orientation
Must be able to work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
Deliver innovative, quality web design that is consistent with the brand, the overall design direction of the E*TRADE.com Web site, and the goals of the company. Predominant duty will be the visual transition of “blue print “wire frames” to full color web pages and web application interfaces. Experience with prototyping and contained demos
Expert level production skills required, including attention to typography (tracking, leading), production, image optimization
Partner with Information Architects, translating business and marketing requirements into usable page layout designs that can be technically executed
Minimum Professional and Technical Skills:
5+ years Web production and design experience
Experience designing with Fireworks, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, HTML
Experience working on a highly trafficked Web sites and big brands
Bullet-proof front end HTML
Exceptional organizational and analytic skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong project and people management skills
Understanding of the Financial Services business
Ability to work under deadlines and within a dynamic environment
Direct design experience working on an online Brokerage and Financial Services web site would be nice, but not essential.
