The Internet Producer manages the production and deployment of new content, features, and online marketing for Nordstrom.com.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage projects and initiatives from scope through implementation, including conceptualization, design, test and deployment
• Build structure and define content within our Content Management Tool
• Identify, report, and manage resolution of all content and technical bugs
• Act as key liaison between Creative and Marketing with the goal of producing projects that are on brand and successful
• Facilitate and negotiate all project due dates and deliverables
• Initiate new content opportunities that increase the performance of the site and marketing
• Understand and act on key site performance indicators to drive and improve our content and categorization
• Deliver exemplary customer service through strong ownership and professionalism
• Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork through relationship building and collaboration
• Deliver productivity through time efficiency and a commitment to strong results

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Working knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Visio, Flash, and MS Office
• Familiarity with site architecture, web design and user experience best practices
• Strong appreciation for the creative process and branded design
• Core understanding of e-commerce success measurements and goals
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a schedule-driven, fast-paced environment
• Experience and knowledge of website technology, design and production
• A strong team player with experience in negotiation, team building, and managing to a compromise
• Ability to motivate and provide leadership to internal teams across a variety of disciplines
• Excellent ability to prioritize and manage your workload

Responsibilities:
• Give creative direction for interior decoration of Ralph Lauren store/renovation projects
• Responsible for direction, management and development of project managers
• Forge relationships with internal senior management, Domestic & International Retail business partners and Creative Services parnters, to manage project scope
• Partner with architecture/store design team on space design
• Hanlde on-site installations
• Source and select decorative items
• Negotiate costs with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Oversee project budgets and partner with finance to resolve any issues.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in interior design or equivalent preferred
• 8-10 years experience in interior design and/or store development, preferably in luxury retail or high-end residential firm
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and extremal business partners
• Ability to read and understand architectural/construction drawings and draft and draw space/floor layouts
• Ability to direct projects consistent with Polo Ralph Lauren aesthetic.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office
