Sharing: Employees can clock in using time clock hardware, time and attendance software, remote devices (like phones or PDAs), or a combination of all three. Hardware options include a wall-mounted time clock, proximity reader, biometric (fingerprint) time clocks, and more. A software option lets employees use the browser on their computer to clock in.

Pricing: TimeForce offers one type of plan, but you need to call for a quote from the company.

Standard Plan

Customer Service: TimeForce online Support Center provides answers to frequently asked questions and aid their customers with tools, tips, and information along with download patches and upgrades when needed. The customers may also access training videos, user instructions, a library of owner’s manuals, and more. TimeForce may also be reached via phone, email, Twitter and Facebook.

Recommendation: While I like that TimeForce offers a variety of ways for employees to input their time, their only software plan does not offer the flexibility of plans like the other systems I reviewed, making it difficult for the consumer to decide if their product will work for their company needs.
