The TNT Dental copy department consists of a small group of well-trained dental website writers live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Business is booming, so we need to add another great writer to our team. This freelance job will allow you to work from home if you have Internet access and email, know Word, and can listen to mp3 audios on your computer. Some in-house training is required.
You will not write any code or technical content.
The copy we compose adheres to strict spelling, grammar, punctuation, and structure guidelines.
A style guide is provided.
The initial learning curve is steep and painful. However, members of my freelance team will testify that the job gets easier, and over time, it becomes extremely lucrative. Senior Freelance Interactive and Print Producer
R/GA is currently looking for a Senior Freelance Interactive and Print Producer. At R/GA, success is defined not only as on time and on budget, but meeting client business requirements in a way that demonstrates creativity. Candidates for this position need to be experienced interactive producers, meeting the requirements described below.
Additionally, candidates must possess experience with all aspects of print production. The person who fills this role will spend the bulk of their time managing interactive engagements, but will also manage the occasional print assignments for multiple clients. You will manage not only creative and development project teams, but other producers supporting specific projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery process on large engagements and accurately scope projects, defining project requirements and success metrics
- Manage multi-million dollar projects or multiple projects that total over a million dollars
- Serve as the main client interface on projects, clarify strategic requirements, explain complex ideas clearly, and manage expectations
- Oversee multiple producers and interdisciplinary project teams as large as 15 people
- Lead and inspire teams by communicating a vision for the project as well as involving people at the optimal levels for project success and overall account utilization
- Lead meetings with senior clients, ensure that they meet the stated objectives and stay on agenda
- Ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality
- Work in an independent fashion, solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively in difficult situations
- Be a passionate about delivering the best creative, but find ways of producing it that does not jeopardize schedule and budget
- Play a dual role of client advocate and R/GA team advocate
- Assist in training of producers and associate producers on R/GA methodology and PM skills
- Participate in the development of new business
Requirements:
Knowledge / Experience / Ability
- Prior experience (5-7 years) as a interactive producer or directly related experience
- Demonstrated experience running large engagements with Fortune 500 clients or equivalent experience
- Effective presentation and communication skills as evidenced by ability to develop presentations and speak to large audiences including senior level clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills, including Statement of Work
- Experience scoping large engagement, with development of project plans in MS Project
- Management of projects that exceed $500,000 in budget that met with business requirements and were on schedule and budget
- Familiarity with various project types, including: web sites, online advertising, campaigns, kiosks, mobile, signage, brand, and consulting.
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies. Knowledge of quality assurance process is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. PMI certification a plus.
This position reports to the Executive Producer.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.

We’re currently seeking an experienced Freelance Camera Operator to work with our Video Department and be responsible for the shooting of UGO video content for the web. This position’s core responsibility will be to shoot video features, as well as coordinating external freelance shoots when necessary. This person should possess a variety of video production skills, have great communication abilities, be organized and have a love for all things entertainment related.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Ability to deliver final projects in requested formats by the deadlines provided.
* Ability to (if necessary) work closely with producer and various members of UGO.
* Responsible for providing and setting up camera and audio equipment
* Collaborate with producers to maintain consistent look and feel for the assigned project
* Responsible for fulfilling company requests for content requested delivery formats based on deadlines provided
Qualifications/Requirements
* Familiarity with video, and sound formats
* Ability to distinguish subtle differences in audio and video quality
* Must be willing to work long days and to travel locally if necessary
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work in both team and solo environments
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to take direction
* Excellent time-management skills in a deadline-driven environment
* Camera and Audio operation experience a mandatory
* Studio production experience a plus
