PlanetGreen.com (sister site to TreeHugger.com) is looking for a web savvy, green-aware, passionate, engaging and experienced writer/blogger.

The ideal candidate is committed to a green lifestyle themselves and takes an interest in DIY whether organic gardening, green home renovation, clothing and fashion (especially reuse projects) or other eco-friendly projects and/or travel and outdoor activities with a focus on sustainability.

You should be able to commit to 5-15 posts of 500-750 words/week. You should have contacts around the web and/or green spaces and be able to promote your own content effectively. SEO strategies should be second nature.

You must be a self-editor with attention to detail. Looking for big personalities, a positive, proactive perspective but one that doesn’t shy away from goals and the reality of climate change and the environmental problems we face.

Small online international trade and customs publication seeks writer for contract writing projects involving legislation. Please note, this opportunity is for freelance work and not full-time employment.

Chosen writer must be able to take complicated legislative language and pare it down to the important issues in a clear and concise manner. Freelance writer must be willing to work closely with in-house editorial team and may also be required to adhere to tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy and work well both independently and as a part of a small, dedicated culinary magazine team. Knowledge and obsession of fine dining restaurants, food and wine a real plus–more of a requirement really.
