Spitball is looking for a Flash Developer with skills that will knock us (and our clients) off our chairs. We are seeking experts in Flash design, development and integration for a variety of projects. These projects will range from the latest online marketing to full Flash website experiences.
This is currently an off-site freelance position. This is not full-time but could lead to it for the right person.

Things you GOTTA be:
• Expert in Flash animation and development – specifically integrating video, XML and database/CMS content
• Able to balance form and function – with a great eye for design and a mind to build it
• Natural-born problem solver
• Attentive to detail
• Passionate about what you do
• Great communicator

Specifically…
• You must know AS2 inside and out, preferably AS3 very well
• Be able to create custom code without the use of add-ons or libraries
• Leverage your skills and experience to contribute to the team in terms of design, usability and overall project development
