More than just a to-do list manager, it acts like a full-blown calendar, but without the rows and columns. It offers tagging, advanced search, keyboard shortcuts, email/SMS/IM integration and even offline access with Google Gears.
Set Up: All you need is a web browser and registration to its online application.
Navigation: It’s Pleasant and simple layout enables an easy and intuitive environment.
Sharing: RememberTheMilk enables the user to interface with the following applications:

About: KeepAndShare is the ideal way to securely share information with your club or team where you always control exactly who can see what information. It offers free document sharing, photo sharing, bookmarking, calendar, diaries, logs, contact manager, and many other interesting features. It also allows the user to set up a free internet based family bulletin board.
Set Up: KeepAndShare is web based application. Therefore there is no setup. All the user needs a account name and password to access this application.
Navigation: KeepAndShare’s environment is extremely simple. There are no fancy colors or graphics. But, it’s just click & type! layout makes it a breeze to navigate and use.
Sharing: With KeepAndShare the user can upload files once and share everywhere, Link to files, calendars & photos from his/her website, and choose between public & private sharing.
Pricing: Free
Customer Service: KeepAndShare offers assistance and support by telephone, email and correspondence.
Recommendation: Because KeepAndShare’s simplicity and user-friendly layout, I recommend this application.

About: Cozi is specially designed with family in mind. It is a free online service that helps manage calendars, organize chores, track to-do and shopping lists, stay in touch with each other (other members of the family). In order to get started all is needed is a Cozi account. And since it is an online application, no download is required. Therefore, it can be used from any PC with Internet access or any mobile phone.
Set Up: Cozi is a web based application. All the user needs is internet access, a user id and password in order to log in and use it.
Navigation: Cozi’s family member’s color coding, font scheme and clear layout making this application a pleasure to use.
Sharing: Cozi is an easy-to-use service that sync with Outlook and smart phone. It also offers a shared family calendar, lists, and messaging to keep the user organized.
Pricing: Free
Customer Service: Cozi offers assistance through online help, FAQs, Blog page and a discussion board.
Recommendation: This is a great application. But, if a less family geared tool is what the user needs, I recommend using another application.
