Award winning Sr. Graphic Designer / Art Director (Freelance) with 8+ years of experience. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and developing design concepts. We are looking for people with outstanding creative design skills and experience to work on one of the most popular kids’ Brands in the world.
Responsibilities & Requirements
* Solid understanding of brand identity design and branded systems.
* A strong sense of design, layout /composition, typography, and color, with knowledge of paper and printing options.
* Capable of developing new style guides that are supportive and consistent with product branding
* Work closely with our Art Director to provide the best graphic solutions.
* Design and implement a broad range of print marketing and communications materials including brochures, Magazines, presentations, and multi-media projects combining print.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills (English).
* BA in Graphic Design or similar field

Lime Wire LLC, maker of the famous P2P file-sharing program, seeks a skilled WEB DESIGNER. We are looking for passionate candidates with several years of web design experience, experience creating elegant interfaces, and a distinct visual style. Front-end expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP are a must, as well as great Photoshop skills. In this position, you will work closely with other team members to design and maintain (among other things) LimeWire.com, a site receiving millions of unique visitors per day.
Responsibilities:
* Work alongside talented designers and developers to enhance and maintain site (LimeWire.com)
* Design and maintain a custom look and feel for vBulletin, WordPress, and MediaWiki
* Create HTML e-mail campaigns
Requirements:
* 2 – 5 years design experience
* Great portfolio
* Experience working with PHP
* Strong skill in and understanding of Adobe Photoshop
* Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Web Standards
* Excellent communicator and collaborator
Bonus
* Adobe Illustrator or any other Creative Suite products
* Experience with SCM (Git, SVN, CVS, etc…)

(Downtown Toronto, ON – West End) We are seeking an amazing designer, to act as a key member of our interactive team, the incumbent will be working within our expanding digital interactive practice to help build creative and innovative on-line web designs.
Role and Responsibilities
-Designing websites and application interfaces for a diverse client base, coming up with creative concepts all on your own, and refining concepts provided to you
-Working closely with our Art director on external projects and on internal sales/marketing/print collateral
-Working with front end developers providing production ready files, HTML & CSS development
-Basic understanding of standards-compliant HTML and CSS is required, with a desire to grow in this area
Qualifications:
-Experience designing for multiple mediums (Online Portfolio required)
-Adobe CS4 expertise
-HTML & CSS proficiency (w3-compliant)
-Experience with rapid prototyping of interfaces
-A genuine passion for designing beautiful, polished interfaces.
-Demonstrated experience developing UIs for web-based applications
-Sensitivity to typography and colour – you know when things just “look right”
