Description:
We are seeking a freelance/part-time Digital Producer to join our Pittsburgh team and be responsible for coordinating the development of web projects internally from conception through delivery and ongoing maintenance. This role requires an ability to coordinate a cross-functional production team for creative development and technical implementation of web content and programs.

Responsibilities include: project scheduling, budget tracking, status reporting and daily project management. The Digital Producer will evaluate primary and secondary market research, metrics, usability standards and other data to assess the implications for assigned projects and make recommendations to the Account, Strategy and Creative groups as well as to manage all the details required to ensure quality delivery of the project on time and on budget.

Determine project scope, timeline, budget and resources
Develop a production plan and ensure successful delivery within specifications
Coordinate the creative development of content and key technical functionality
Manage team resources, define priorities and align schedules
Fully brief Account Service team lead/team members during the project
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to meet project requirements
Serve as main point of contact for web projects by developing a solid relationship with the Account team, project team and third-party partners

Control workflow and secure all necessary approvals

Review all deliverables for quality

Prior Experience should include:

Project management experience required with experience coordinating web projects.
Managing complex projects with demonstrated success with on-time and on-budget project delivery
Strong content skills with an eye for visual design
Excellent communication, organization, collaboration and presentation skills
Experience with creation of metrics reports and metrics analysis
Basic understanding of online advertising standards and operations
Familiarity with standard web-based development and project management tools including EAS, Visio, JavaScript, Dreamweaver or other HTML development tools and Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of best web practices and awareness of current innovative technologies for design and delivery of content on the web
Proven skill in organization, work planning, attention to detail and follow-through
Proven ability to meet deadlines and stay on/under budget four year degree is preferred

TMG, based in Washington, D.C., and one of the country’s leading custom publishers, seeks a savvy mid-level drupal developer. We are looking for a solid contract/freelance developer with the following qualifications:
- 3-4 yrs of solid experience
- Themer and developer using Drupal 6.0
- Working knowledge of Views, Panels, Taxonomy, Workflow, Nodequeue, and other essential and auxiliary modules
- Fully conversant with the LAMP environment, using the CPanel interface, with emphasis on MySQL and special expertise in best practices for website security in this environment
- Comfortable working in a WISA environment
