(Anywhere) Jub Jub is a full service Web development company based in Irvine, CA. We deliver high-quality Web design, custom development, hosting, and Internet strategy services. We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated developer with outstanding XHTML/CSS skills to join us in building web sites for our various clients. Your primary responsibility will be to take a visualdesigns and create standards-compliant XHTML/CSS, and then build the site within a content management system (almost always Expression Engine) or e-commerce platform (typically Foxycart, X-cart, or Magento). The ideal candidate is able to work remotely on small teams under tight deadlines with little supervision. A computer science degree or equivalent is a plus, but experience, skill, and attention to detail are more important.

Currently, we have a need for approximately 20 hours per week. Possibility of full-time in the future.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of professional experience and strong command of the following knowledge areas:

- Expression Engine implementation
- X/HTML, CSS, DOM, and JavaScript
- DHTML and AJAX technologies
- Mastery of web standards and cross-browser compatibility

Nice to Have:
- Off-the-shelf e-commerce implementation experience (Foxycart, X-cart, Magento)
- PHP and Code Igniter

* Familiarity with basic Interaction Design concepts.

* 2+ years in a role exclusively addressing interaction design (preferably working with complex sites)
* Ability to research, understand and organize large amounts of specialized content

* Ability to develop interface functionality
