Description Wanted: Online Designers for freelance work

Wizards of the Coast, maker of the world’s best trading card and roleplaying games, is looking for talented New Media designers to hire on a per project basis. Creative executions include banner ads, landing pages, and general Flash animations.

Candidates must be proficient in the following skills:

Flash – Demonstrate proficiency in Flash based animation and web optimization techniques.
Working knowledge of Actionscript with an emphasis on UI.

Photoshop- Photo Image Manipulation, Layout skills, and a knowledge of image optimization techniques, specifically to maintain strict file size restrictions on banner advertisements.

Dreamweaver- Basic understanding of Web Design and layout with an underlying knowledge of browser and cross-platform compatibility.

Illustrator- Understanding of vector based tools and applications.
