One On One Ads is developing an interactive platform for video on the web and mobile advertising.

We are looking for an experienced developer with expertise, and a strong interst in manipulating video and creating video applications.

Interested developers must have the follwoing type of expertise and experience:

1) Know how of various technologies related to a video file, how a video file is structured and optimized using codecs etc.
2) Know how of motion picture / videos / codecs (wmv,mov,mp4 and flv).
3) Know how of C (C++/C#) or RoR or Advanced java to manipulate media files.
4) Open attitude towards learning a basic requirement.

Position:

Full Time Position, salary based on experience or Contract based payment based on scope of work

Six month independent contractor position. This position is restricted to residents of the United States.

Leapforce is looking for highly educated individuals for an exciting work from home opportunity. Applicants must be self motivated and internet savvy. This is an opportunity to help evaluate and improve search engine results for one of the world’s largest internet search engine companies.

Search Engine Evaluators will need to combine a passion for analysis, understanding of various online research tools. Applicants must be detail orientated and have a broad range of interests.

Ideal Search Engine Evaluators will possess the following skills:

* Have in-depth, up-to-date familiarity with American social culture, media, and web culture
* Excellent comprehension and written communication skills in English
* Broad range of interests, with specific areas of expertise a plus
* University degree or equivalent experience (degrees in-progress are acceptable). Advanced degrees a plus
* Excellent web research skills and analytical abilities
* Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
* Possess a high speed internet connection

Search Engine Evaluators provide feedback on search engine results by measuring the relevance and usefulness of web pages in correlation to predefined queries, by providing comparative analysis of sets of search engine results and various other techniques.

All candidates are required to take and pass a two-part qualification exam before becoming a Search Engine Evaluator. Part 1 of the exam contains 24 theory based questions. Part 2 of the exam contains 150 simulated evaluation tasks. Supplied study materials can be used during both parts of the exam.

Hoodiny Entertainment Group is a leading provider of digital entertainment for the Hispanic community and is committed to delivering the highest quality content via cutting-edge technology. Although still a startup, Hoodiny has offices in key markets – Miami, Los Angeles, and Madrid – and is well-funded by a network of influential members of the Hispanic entertainment community.

Hoodiny is looking for an experienced Flash/ActionScript Developer to help lead the development of a new front end project. The backend architecture is built in Ruby on Rails/Mysql.

The candidate would ideally be in Miami, but anywhere in the United States will work. Start date is the first week of December.

Qualifications:

• Strong ActionScript 3.0 required
• Ability to work with complex design elements.
• Coded animation experience (timeline a plus)
• Understanding of OOP, web optimization practices and examples to prove it
• Experience with version control (e.g., GIT)
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
• Ability to stay focused and deliver on time and on budget
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
• Three years experience in an agency environment (although exceptional work can make up for lack of agency experience)
• Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus.
