We need Fashion Bloggers to write daily articles. You will be responsible for submitting topic ideas relevant to the clothing and jewelry items sold on the website. You also must be able to write/research and post based on topics given to you. A background in fashion is a must and you must be able to keep current on new trends and styles. This job is perfect for students or the aspiring fashion writer/editor. This is a great way to get real writing and deadline experience. The number of weekly writing assignments will be based on ability/experience and payment will be per published article.

Sr. Java/J2EE Developer (2 openings)

We are looking for strong Senior Java/J2EE Developers who will be responsible for designing and developing a SAAS Application’s server side
components. You will be one of the founding members of the team performing product development, including prototype design, implementation, and testing. If you have a passion to create and innovate, the desire to define the path forward, and get the team along the way, this is the right position for you.

Requirements:

- 5+ years java experience developing software
- Java, J2EE and OOP expertise
- Hands-on experience with JBOSS, or Tomcat or any other application server
- Understand well complex financial modeling, transaction analysis and data algorithm
- Good understanding of web client side technologies: CSS, DOM, JavaScript, HTML
- Experience with design and development of high performance scalable web applications highly desirable
- Experience with Java server side technologies desired
- Able design and develop software modules independently
- Able to communicate clearly
- Hands-on experience with MySQL or any other database
- Hands-on experience with source control & release management systems such as CVS or Subversion
- BS/MS in computer science

Useful Skills:

- Experience in developing financial applications is huge plus
- Experience with database programming and design
- Experience with Web services
- Client Side web development
- Experience developing GUI using a standard toolkit

Flex Developer (2 openings)

Analyze, design, code and test new web application in flex, actionscript. The candidate must be proficient in object oriented methodologies with demonstrable experience in all stages of application development life cycle, from requirements-gathering and brainstorming, analysis, coding, testing and documentation.

Core competencies / skills:

- Proficiency in Flex / ActionScript 3, RemoteObjects, BlazeDS
- Extensive experience developing rich internet applications
- Experienced in user experience design and user interfaces
- Test driven development
- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and data structures
- Deployment and management of application containers (Tomcat, Weblogic, etc.)
- Any experience in Java is a plus
