Details: Office calls would be forwarded to a phone number of your choosing so that you are able to remotely support our office in the following:

Making Appointments
Answering Incoming Calls
Manage Current Service Tickets
Follow Up With Customers
Varied Other Office Tasks

The nice thing is this can be done from your home however we stress having a quiet professional home environment is important. You most likely will get a mock call from a manager at some point throughout the day, and should it not be handled professionally it’s safe to say you would unfortunately be removed from

further dispatches or availability to work from home.

Also, we will be working with Java (J2EE, Servlets, JSP)

The best candidate for the position would have knowledge of one or more of these tools and SQL Server, as well as 2+ years of hands-on development experience.
