Support Associate
DESCRIPTION:
The Remote Business Support Associate is responsible for providing phone-based and computer-aided business support services for our clients. The Remote Business Support Associate will be the primary contact to customers of our clients. Therefore, exceptional phone skills are required in this position. Accuracy and attention to detail are also crucial to ensuring necessary information is relayed to the appropriate parties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Generally, this position operates on a 40-hour workweek (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
- The Remote Business Support Associate may be required to work extra or odd hours due to heavy workloads and cyclical demands.
- Schedules are created on a weekly basis.
- Provide exceptional service to customers of our clients.
- Spend majority of workday assisting callers according to clients’ instructions.
- Gather accurate and detailed information regarding each call.
- Deliver and/or relay information accurately.
- Effectively and efficiently operate a computer-based phone system.
- Exercise proficiency in a Windows-based environment.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quote prices and encourage prospective clients to use VoiceCurve’s services.
- Provide billing information to VoiceCurve customers, such as their account standing and balance, and identify items on their statements.
- Accurately enter information into appropriate computer databases.
- Compile reports and statistical information as needed.
- Dependably handle customer payments.
- Other projects as assigned.
OPERATE PHONES AND COMPUTERS
- Provide exceptional service to customers of our clients.
- Spend majority of workday assisting callers according to clients’ instructions.
- Gather accurate and detailed information regarding each call.
- Deliver and/or relay information accurately.
- Effectively and efficiently operate a computer-based phone system.
- Exercise proficiency in a Windows-based environment.
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Type 30 wpm minimum.
- Exceptional customer service skills: efficiency, friendliness, and positive attitude.
- Be highly organized and accurate.
- Extraordinary oral and written communication skills.
- Keep all company and client information confidential.
- Be timely in arriving for scheduled shifts and completing tasks.
- Operate and navigate a computer-based phone system.
- Operate phones and computers for vast majority of workday.
- Maintain professional demeanor in occasionally stressful and difficult situations
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
- Cable/DSL or other high speed Internet connection (No Wireless , Satellite or Air Card Internet)
- Internet Download and Upload speed of at least 1,000Kbps (This can be found by going to http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/) then click on Seattle, WA and wait for it to complete. (Once completed Email a screen shot that shows this.)
- Working desktop speakers.
- Two monitors desired but not required.
- Ability to take screen shots and email them.
- Capable of supporting at least 1280×1024 resolution (Email a screen shot that shows this requirement).
- Windows XP, Vista, Widows 7 (Email a screen shot that shows this requirement).
- 2GB or more of System Memory (RAM).
- Computer must finish bootup process in less than 3 minutes.
- Ability to print and scan within 24 hours ( This could be by utilizing a local Kinkos or Fedex).
- Ability to connect the phone we provide directly into the router (must be connected with a physical wire), Suggested of approved routers are, Linksys BEFSR41, DLink, (Netgear routers won’t work).

Home Infusion Nurse Educator
DESCRIPTION:
The Home Infusion Nurse Educator (Internal Title: Clinical Nursing Services Specialist) will become an expert in education of patients with rare chronic diseases such as Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension. The specialist will provide education and training to patients and caregivers for patients initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled therapies requiring expertise in high tech therapies. The specialist will also provide consultative services to physicians and nurses related to the patient’s plan of care and clinical services provided by CVS Caremark in collaboration with the Specialty Sales team. You will be responsible for providing education, training, and clinical support related to specialty products and diseases.
REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify for this position, you must be a Registered Nurse with at least 3-5 years experience in home infusion therapy with a focus on the treatment of rare chronic disease states. Demonstrated experience in administering high tech infusions such as IVIG, TPN, Hemo Factors, Remicade, Flolan, etc. is required. Patient education experience along with strong communication and interpersonal skill along with strong verbal, written and presentation skills is necessary. Demonstrated problem resolution experience and excellent customer service approach is needed. Active valid state driver’s license. Ability to drive and travel approximately 50% is required. CPR certified. Must also be able to be licensed in multiple states as required. This position works out of a personal home office and candidates may be located anywhere in the US, but perferred locations are: TX, IL, MA, AL, NJ, VA, DC, MD, GA, TN, CA, CO and AZ.

The goal of this project is to evaluate and improve online mapping software. Candidates will need to determine and evaluate the effectiveness of online maps and provide their individual qualified feedback on their user experience.

- Determining if City, Province and Country results are geographically accurate for your region.

REQUIREMENTS:
