Prospect News  is ready to hire a motivated, independent copy editor for our team covering the financial markets.  We’re looking for someone with enthusiasm, an interest in business and financial news, and a commitment to maintaining the high standards we and our readers expect.

This full-time staff position includes both editing reporters’ copy and rewriting company announcements. Experience is a plus but we will consider and train entry-level candidates.  We will accept applications  from candidates based anywhere in the United States – you can either work from home or from our New York City office.

Prospect News is a growing publisher of daily newsletters for financial market professionals, read throughout Wall Street and the world. You won’t find any big-company bureaucracy with us. Instead you’ll have the chance to make your mark and play a role in our success.

Title Proofreader

DESCRIPTION:

  • We currently have Titling positions open and we looking for new members to join this growing community.
  • The role is called Title Selection. Your basic responsibility would be to determine whether each title presented to you is a good fit for one of Demand Studios’ sites, based on the criteria we provide to you.
  • All work is done online within our systems, which is designed for a fast-paced work experience. We pay $0.02 per title, which means you can earn an average of $8-$12 per hour.
