Fitzpatrick & Prince Real Estate is a real estate brokerage based in Orange County, California with a driving passion to be the leader in innovative real estate marketing. With a heavy focus on artistry and collaboration, Fitzpatrick & Prince has in-house designers, photographers, and videographers who work together to uniquely market each property. Because of its heavy focus on media and innovation, the company needs a website that matches its convictions for new, creative ideas.

The website has already been designed in Photoshop – down to the exact pixel – and is in need of an excellent coder to create the template within the Joomla CMS (mainly because desired components/plugins require the Joomla CMS). You don’t have to have any design skills (though its always a plus) – you just need to be a coding genius very familiar with Joomla.

Job Functions:

  • Code website and custom modules while maintaining cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Work efficiently on multiple aspects of the Joomla platform within tight deadlines.
  • Code the template in the fastest loading, most SEF way.
  • Keep in regular communication with Marketing Manager through email or phone.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 Joomla websites coded (please send links)
  • HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, JQuery
  • Joomla CMS familiarity (custom modules must be coded)
  • Advanced CSS knowledge
  • Javascript knowledge
  • Eye for detail (Must match PSD files)
  • Knowledge of how to code a fast loading, search engine-friendly Joomla site
  • Fluent and well spoken in the English language
  • Consistently quick communication and response

Jobs Details:

  • Can work from anywhere (though living in Southern California would be a plus)
  • Pays flat fee in installments (based off of quote)
  • Approx. 12-14 pages, 10 simple modules, 1-2 advanced modules, back-end property management system
