Help Desk Account Administrator
DESCRIPTION:
Freeland Systems is a small, rapidly growing medical software company seeking a Technical Customer Support Administrator for customer account administration and Tier 1 telephone support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree in IT or related computer program
- Personal/Professional Skill Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Professional, detail oriented, well organized and responsible
- Strong customer service skills
- Microsoft proficient; specifically Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP) windows, file sharing, and windows servers
- Knowledge of remote access tools
- Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
- Excellent work and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Answer customer support telephone calls
- Manage voicemail
- Identify customers as under or not under service contract
- Log and track customer cases using salesforce.com
- Ask concise and accurate questions to identify issues and provide solutions
- Accurately document issues in call tracking database
- Solve Tier I problems or escalate calls as necessary
- Follow up with IT personnel to ensure the problem has been solved and customer ticket is closed
- Forward, assign and follow up calls for customer support, installations and sales

Due to a growing demand for our services we are seeking a motivated, part-time HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST. The candidate will provide assistance and support to the U.S. Director of Business Development with specific responsibilities for recruiting and overall client management and support.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing general overall support to our clients for all Human Resource activities including hiring, compensation, performance management and employee training/development
- Supporting the client in the creation, formatting and posting of job descriptions for recruitment purposes
- Managing the interview process for job applicants including reviewing resumes, evaluating skills, initial telephone contact and making recommendations to the client regarding applicant
qualifications - Developing and managing relationships with employment agencies, online recruiters and other recruitment sources
- Preparing and maintaining industry specific geographical salary range records
- Working with company Directors and Consultants across North America to help deliver an HR strategic plan
- Developing key relationships with current and new clients
- Recommending and scheduling training and development courses for clients
- Providing clients advice, assistance and follow up on their company policies, procedures and documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of Human Resource experience
- Knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of Federal Employment and Benefit Laws
- Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
- A PHR or similar designation is desirable
This part-time position located in Salt Lake City, Utah offers the right candidate the ability to work a flexible schedule from home. Hours will range from 5-10 per week to start, with an opportunity for the candidate to grow into a full-time position if desired.

DESCRIPTION:
Looking for web designer with at least 4 years of online design experience. Experienced in developing and maintaining style guides and keeping design visions in sync. Must be able to handle multiple projects at once. Exceptional Photoshop and Illustrator skills a must. Knowledge of best practices in website UI. Ecommerce experience desired. Flash/Actionscripting3 and/or video editing experience desired. Attention to detail and deadline driven.
