Freelance UI web designer

DESCRIPTION:

We are a healthcare company developing web interactive guides for patients and their families. We are looking for a UI web designer who has experience with large scale projects and web applications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Expand current website and web application design across multiple sections of the current guide based on the existing brand and tone of the guide
• Expand current design to multiple medical guides again based on the existing brand and tone of the first current guide
• Design the website for the parent company that develops the guides bringing out an umbrella brand that includes each guide
• Provide the CSS/ html code and a clickthrough “shell” for the developer team to implement all guides and parent company website

Proven track record with long-term projects and the ability to work within project milestones and deliver on deadlines is a must. The designer should demonstrate flexibility to adopt and build on the existing design. Finally, the designer should be able to dedicate at least 20 hours per week and work effectively with developers and business professionals.

Web Developer

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an intern or full-time professional to support our development. We run one of the top web form management solutions in a very competitive space, FormAssembly.com. We are small, bootstrapped, profitable and expanding. We’re looking for people to join us and make a difference in the company, for our customers and in their own career.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Has demonstrable web development experience (personal projects, open-source contributions are great). Mobile development experience a plus (iOS, HTML5)
• Has experience designing UI for the web and/or mobile
• Is interested in working in the startup environment
• Is willing to help and learn in other areas of his/her preference: customer support, system administration, UI/UX design, marketing, etc..

Responsibilities will include:
