DESCRIPTION:

Coventry Web Services (a division of Coventry Business Consulting), is an Internet web design company expanding nationally and seeking tele-marketers to work from home on our sophisticated remote auto dialing system! You will report to our virtual office daily from your computer and work with a team of online callers who are making money daily selling our service.

You will receive a competitive HOURLY pay for every minute you are logged into the dialer, and also an attractive bonus structure for stellar performance. Anyone with a computer and B2B cold-calling telemarketing sales experience is welcome to work with us in our online virtual call center. There are no fees — this is a real job. We will expect you to show up online everyday and work your shift.

Compansation:
Pay starts at $8/hour and goes up to $10/hour your first month. If generous daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance bonuses are met, top telemarketers can get $240,000+ their first year.

Details:

  • Base salary ($10/hr x 8 hrs/day x 240 days/year): $19,200
  • Daily bonuses ($200 x 240 days/year): $48,000
  • Weekly bonuses ($1,000 x 48 weeks/year): $48,000
  • Monthly bonuses ($4,000 x 12 months/year): $48,000
  • Quarterly bonuses ($20,000 x 4 quarters/year): $80,000
  • Total possible compensation: $243,200

REQUIREMENTS

  • You need to be available to start immediately.
  • You must have outbound B2B cold-calling telemarketing sales experience.
  • You must be performance-driven and comfortable meeting quotas.
  • You must have a Windows computer, a high-speed Internet connection, and a USB headset.
  • You will need the following software installed: FireFox browser and either Zoiper or X-Lite softphone.

  • Professional certifications within the recruiting and sourcing industry preferred
