DESCRIPTION:
Non-profit healthcare association in Arlington VA seeks a regular freelance writer with excellent reporting and writing skills, a keen news sense, and an inquisitive mind. We’re looking for someone who has a crisp and engaging writing style, who can get beyond government and association jargon and acronyms to explain technical (and non-technical) topics clearly and in relevant terms to a diverse readership.
The writer would work from home, doing most reporting and correspondence with editors and volunteers by phone and e-mail. Articles are paid by the job/time required. Healthcare writing experience desirable, but not required. Please send your resume and writing samples to the email address below.
