We are looking for 4 more people to join our telemarketing team, You will need to find your own leads, a phone , 3 way , so we can help you to close your deals in the first 2 weeks. You should be able to start to close within a 2 week period. We are calling insurance agents asking them if they want to buy pre set appointments, The commission is 25% and once you can close your own deals, it goes up to 30%, Bring in over 10,000 dollars per week, and receive 5% more as a bonus.You also get repeat business with the same commission.

All money that is brought in from a Mon to a Fri, gets paid the following week. You work from home, You pay your own bills, You make your hours. I work from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM every day. I am willing to close your deals for the first 2 weeks. An average sale is 1000.00, With our system, you should close at least 4 deals if not more every week. Currently, we are seeking an experienced residential appraiser to join our team. It is a team, we re not a bunch of solo-appraisers running around in a car trying to complete work at midnite on a laptop at a wifi-hotspot. If that s you, that s not us so please disregard this post. We maintain a fully staffed office and we offer geographic concentration for our team members to minimize excessive driving. We run Wintotal, our team does do some work from home as well, but the team approach produces better appraisal work and more talented appraisers in a supportive, educational environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 to 10 or more years certified experience
  • FHA approved
  • REO Review experience a plus
  • Construction, commercial, rehab and tax appeal experience an additional plus
