We are a recruiting firm that staffs UX and IA needs for a variety of clients; including advertising and digital agencies, entertainment firms, publishing and eCommerce clients, and even some of the leading nutrition brands.
Our clients are currently, and often, looking for top UX/IA Talent and come directly to us for their needs, versus searching for this Talent directly.

We are hoping to pinpoint more than a few mid-senior level freelance Information Architects for immediate month long onsite AND offsite contracts. These roles will require working on visual documentation for online user-data.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidates will have portfolios showcasing 3+ years of IA experience, and be proficient in Visio or Omnigraffle. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently is also a must. Many of these assignments will require using your own equipment, as well.

Freelance Website Developer

DESCRIPTION:

Xenophon Strategies, a Washington, DC public relationsagency has an immediate need for a freelance Web Developer to handle back-end programming and maintenance for clients. The ideal candidate will be based in the Washington, DC area and willing to work regularly on a freelance basis for Xenophon, but candidates based outside Washington, DC will be considered.

Responsibilities would include the development and maintenance of websites; online and mobile apps; widgets; or other online media tools.  The successful candidate must be willing to work independently, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and produce fully functional websites.

REQUIREMENTS:

The Web Developer should have 3-5 years of experience with various Open Source CMS platforms and strong programming experience (HTML, CSS, PHP, Java Script, XML, FBML, iOS SDK, WordPress, etc.). Ability to bring creative ideas to the table about how to meet client goals through web-based applications and outreach is essential.
