About Us

We are a startup creating a community web application that will be used by apartment buildings, condominium buildings, and housing communities. This project has been in development for over 1.5 years, and we are currently in the beta testing stage with our first client. As soon as this completes, we have a strong sales plan in-place for rapid expansion. For more information regarding the project, please visit our website.

About You

We are seeking a talented web developer to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We offer outstanding career and growth opportunities and a highly self-directed environment. A desire to write well organized, testable and documented code is critical.

All development is done in feature branches, usually one feature branch per story, and then eventually pulled into the master branch.

Strong independent work skills are required as well as a willingness to write code that goes above and beyond in terms of user experience. You will be doing greenfield development with a lot of room for creativity.

Location

Our office is located in downtown Fort Lauderdale. You do not need to be able to work on-site, you may complete all work from remote locations. The only requirement for this position is that you have a fast, and stable, internet connection and are available on Skype whenever you are working.

Term

We are seeking long-term employment with 40 hours per week of development. There are no strict business hours, however you will need to adhere to certain work hours to ensure a good amount of time-overlap with our current schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

Required Education

  • A B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Software Engineering or equivalent.
