Web Developer Partner for New Startup

DESCRIPTION:

I’m an entrepreneur and designer with a new startup idea that needs a developer. I’m looking for this person to partner with me on this project. I’ve run the idea by a few colleagues and all think it is a great idea with potential (hint: its targetted at developers).

I prefer for you to be located in NY, but anywhere in the US will work if you’re good. We’ll communicate via telelphone, skype, email and txt.

Your role:

You’ll be the lead developer on the project and split all profits 50/50. You will focus on developing the site as well as providing your experience and input on how to make it better and how to effectively scale in the future. You will be committed to the site in the long-term, working with me to make changes and deploy new features as they become necessary. You will be the technical person behind the website making sure things run smoothly and choosing the best software and solutions to manage the startup.

REQUIREMENTS:

Game Masters are specialists who offer support to our customers. Their main role is to provide assistance and guidance to players through a typed-chat client, in-game customer support, as well as email-based customer support.

The ideal candidate is an experienced customer service representative who is very organized, with excellent communication and customer service skills. MMORPG experience is a plus.
