DESCRIPTION:

The OneGreatFamily Marketing team has need of a talented and fast PHP programmer to produce small web pages that use the OneGreatFamily API. The job also requires that you can code your own pixel-perfect HTML.  This is a simple project for an experienced PHP/HTML programmer.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Writing accessible, semantic, clean XHTML markup from Adobe Illustrator files
  • Styling it with light, intelligent CSS to be consistent across IE7, IE8, and all modern browsers
  • Making it sing with professional, gracefully degrading JavaScript
  • Light, easy to understand PHP code that will live on our IIS server
  • Experience writing API driven JavaScript and PHP
  • Quickly become familiar with and utilize our GenealogyCloud API

We currently have one page that needs to be built right away, with potentially more work to come.

Freelance Legal Editor

DESCRIPTION:

Internet Brands, Inc. is seeking an editor with legal expertise to edit informational articles on their portfolio of legal websites.

This is a 100% freelance, telecommuting position. All editing is handled through our online system, so all you need is a computer, internet access, and the ability to edit and deliver clean, concise copy on a variety of legal subjects, like “How can you file bankruptcy without an income?,” “What is the penalty for driving under the influence in Massachusetts?,” “What is the bench trial process?,” and “What is possession of a forged instrument in Kentucky?”

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to copy edit for spelling, punctuation, grammar, and tone.
  • Experience in the legal profession. (Lawyer, paralegal, law students, etc.)
  • Capacity to quickly fact check articles to ensure the correct legal information is given.
  • Ability to edit at least 100+ short articles a week. (approximately 250 words)

Brand Ambassador

DESCRIPTION:

BRAND AMBASSADORS NEEDED for on-going retail promotions in various retail outlets from grocery to home improvement to mass merchandise/Big Box stores. Immediate opportunities available.  These events are generally 6 hours long and pay between $12- $18 per hour. You will be responsible for engaging consumers in- store and sharing the features and benefits of the featured products with them. In most cases samples and/or coupons will be included.

REQUIREMENTS:
