DESCRIPTION:

La Tartine Gourmande is a food blog that tells the stories of Béa — a French expatriate living in Boston with her husband and two year old daughter — around food. The blog is illustrated with photographs of Béa’s work with food, her life and travels. Béa is working as a food writer, stylist and photograph.

The blog is intended to log the Béa’s daily life events around food. The stories are written in a light, poetical free style, with a combination of French and English. In fact, the recipes are translated into French (section following the English recipe called “Le coin français”).

La Tartine Gourmande has just under 500K subscribers and is one of the highest-traffic food blogs out there. We are seeking to redesign the site to place more emphasis on the content and make the site easier to use.

REQUIREMENTS:

We expect to receive many applicants, so please follow these steps:

  • Briefly introduce yourself in just a sentence or two (not more!)
  • Please include links to your work or portfolio and be sure to note any relevant experience
  • Experience around WordPress is a plus, but you don’t need to be a programmer
