  • Update Facebook Fan page and Twitter by identifying, writing and distributing interesting content

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years experience in social media
  • Proven experience securing high impact placements and developing engaging social media campaigns via twitter, facebook, communities, videos, and blogs
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Intense passion for helping us grow a successful business – your passion for what we do is a must
  • Mind-numbing ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once without having a breakdown
  • Immersed in social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and others), blog reader/writer/publisher
  • Experience with general and social marketing tools

You will be the hub that enables the most accurate, fastest contents claims service available in the insurance industry today. You will be an Enservio process teacher for Field Inventory Specialists.

We’re looking for team players with a deep knowledge of a particular product category or categories.

Responsibilities:

  • As directed, virtually work with our Field Inventory Specialists to gather inventories
  • Guide and prompt your “eyes and ears in the field” to give you the most accurate appraisal information possible
  • Accelerate our time to new field hire proficiency and high quality service delivery through offering guidance on how to describe items for value and accurate LKQ match
  • Success in this role will be measured by achievement of process compliance goals and the incumbent’s establishment of him/herself as a helper, teacher, and catalyst for achievement of quality, cycle time, and throughput goals
  • Assist our Field Inventory Specialist with identification of obscure items as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Product knowledge in a specific category or categories
  • Customer Service experience, preferably in a high volume or telephone environment
  • Computer proficiency and strong skills with MS Excel and other Office products
  • Ability to type ? 50wpm
  • Willing and able to work on the telephone for long periods of time
  • Excellent People and Communication Skills: spoken and written
  • Positive attitude with ability to adapt in a fast paced, innovating environment
  • Solid organizational, computer and phone skills
  • Retail experience is a plus
  • Ability to work from home on a personal computer
