ABOUT THE WRITING POSITIONS (Telecommute):
There are two positions currently open with the following description:
Job Description:
This position involves writing real-time stock, major commodity and sector specific news stories for a unique, full trading day real time mobile and desktop market news and trading idea service. In depth familiarity and extensive experience in covering the US stock markets required. Stories are carried on the MidnightTrader.com site and are syndicated to other major market data platforms, leading online brokerage firms and other large financial institutions. The job would be 4-6 hours/day Monday – Friday. Time slots would be during our publishing hours between 7 am EST to 6 pm EST.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience writing fast paced, breaking stock market coverage for a wire service or equivalent;
- Ability to work 4-6 hours per day between the hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST daily, Monday – Friday remotely;
- Access to a computer with a reliable high speed internet connection.
COMPENSATION:
Pay is negotiable and while freelance, provides a regular and reliable monthly income. The Company has a tremendous record of retaining contributors.

The Community Moderator supports the Senior Community Manager in developing and managing the user-generated content areas of the site. This includes:
Mentoring group owners, first-level communication with users about a variety of topics, from releases and feature requests to abuse reports and disagreements in the community, performing daily maintenance and programming, participating in developing growth opportunities.
This is a part-time contract position. Telecommuters welcome.
REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate will have: strong interpersonal skills; strong written and communication skills; knowledge of pregnancy and parenting subject matter; understanding of online technology and practices, especially community practices; basic understanding of business practices; leadership skills. BA/BS degree desirable.

Genesys Developer
DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Genesys developer for a 6 month contract that is a 100% telecommute opportunity. The position is with a large national healthcare company and position can sit anywhere in the U.S.
REQUIREMENTS:
Position requirements:
- Requires an understanding of call center operations and experienced contact centers use of technology.
- Knowledge of complex call routing and screen pop technology is also important.
- The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, IT staff and management in responding to call center technology issues as well as participation in strategic planning and project work.
- Position requires the continued support of existing applications used today as well as participation in the definition and building of new Genesys/Avaya routing applications.
Experience requirements (must have):
- Avaya PBX/ACD/CMS (3 years)
- Genesys Inbound routing design and scripting (5 yrs)
- Genesys reporting (Brio, Crystal, Hyperion) development and support (2 yrs)
- Genesys troubleshooting (5 years)
