DESCRIPTION:

Instructional Designer (Elearning)- 100% Virtual

We are working exclusively with our client in seeking an Elearning Designer/Developer to design and develop Elearning for all new hires. In this role you will design and develop content using Captivate Version 5 and develop a basic development format that can be replicated .You will be working with the L&D Division, specifically within the Corporate University. The topics include Company Products and Services, HR, Quality, Training and Development, ISO, Benefits, IT, Marketing and Communication.

The content currently exists in the form of PowerPoint templates. The client will add additional topics for a total of 12-15 courses approx 30 -45 minutes each.

REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in Instructional Design and solid understanding of Adult Learning Principles
  • Must have experience using Captivate 5 (including the Voice Over component) and Flash.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Approximately 4-5 months

Location: 100% Virtual (client located in Tulsa, Oklahoma)
