Freelance Weekly Jobs – August 16, 2011
Sencha Touch Developer
DESCRIPTION:
LeagueFriend is a new web application which is about to go to market. It is a bowling league management app for web and mobile.
The public site is live and is receiving a lot of attention already, but the application itself is still in production. One of the components of the application is a mobile interface which will connect to the app’s API and pull in data via JSON.
The mobile interface has been mostly built—save for a few views—and needs integration of the functional components. We need someone to finish the mobile interface while we focus on other tasks.
Your tasks would include:
- Build remaining views using other views as templates
- Convert static views to dynamic views by pulling in JSON data
- Create authentication system
REQUIREMENTS:
We need to move quickly and must have help this week. And while the immediate need is smaller task on an aggressive timeline, a fruitful relationship will create the foundation for a long-term partnership.
Qualified candidates must be experienced with Sencha Touch, JSON, and authentication (in the PHP environment). Design experience is a plus but not required. Our budget isn’t limitless.
However, we are looking for someone experienced and recognize that seasoned talent deserves reasonable compensation at a fair rate.
We’ll want to see some samples of your work, a list of clients you’ve worked for, and a note about why you’re awesome. Arrogance is unsavory but confidence is powerful. We look forward to making your acquaintance.
