SEO/PPC Specialist
DESCRIPTION:
BCS Interactive is looking for a part-time/contractor SEO and PPC Specialist. The primary focus of this position will be managing client SEO/PPC campaigns to increase traffic and sales/leads for our clients websites. You will work remotely 5-10 hours per month. We would prefer a person who is based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement standard SEO campaigns for clients
- Plan and implement Google PPC campaigns for clients
- Research and analyze clients’ online market / competitors
- Write optimized meta title and description tags
- Recommend and implement on-site SEO changes
- Make SEO edits to on site content
- Develop and execute link building campaigns
- Monitor performance via Google Analytics and performance tracking systems
- Perform analysis on results to assist in overall evaluation of campaign success
- Build and Manage relationships with link webmasters and other third party SEO partners
- Assist with all in-house SEO efforts
- Monitor and report on new tools, trends, and best practices in the search industry
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient with creating and implementing SEO campaigns
- Proficient with various Google technologies including Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Local Business Center, etc.
- Proficient with various keyword research tools including Google AdWords Keyword Tool, Wordtracker, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage simultaneous projects
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions based on data
- Experience creating and implementing link building campaigns
- Knowledge of social media and online reputation management a plus
- Basic knowledge of HTML a plus
- Experience with MODX CMS a plus

Remote Inpatient and SDS Coder
DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for and have an immediate need for REMOTE Inpatient Coders as well as SDS coders. These will be about 2 month contracts that may get extended and good coders will be asked to return for future engagements. We prefer coders that can work 40 hours a week and have 3M experience. These is hospital coding not physican based. We have 8 more positions. Weekend work is fine and schedules are very flexible. This is a good opportunity for Coders to pick up extra full-time side work.

Remote Technical Support
DESCRIPTION:
PlumChoice provides Tier 1 remote tech support to consumers and small businesses. They will be troubleshooting first level issues such as hardware/software issues, blue screens, virus removals, peripherals, password resets, network connectivity, etc. These remote techs will be working from home with the ability to remote into customer’s computers, and taking callsthrough an online ticketing system. These techs will have set appointments each day on their shift, scheduled by sales representatives in the on-site call centers. Technicians will also be trained in sales, and upselling will be required. There is a potentially high call volume; they will be taking 8-15 calls per day, 45 min average call time depending other issue to troubleshoot with the consumer. a great personality and 3-5 years of recent, relevant customer service and technical experience within a consumer environment. Remote/phone support experience is definitely a plus. All candidates will receive one to two weeks of training where they will be introduced to client servers, systems, databases, procedures, policies, etc. and additionally able to shadow calls of a current employee current employee to learn the correct ways to troubleshoot remotely. Need to be extremely professional and reliable.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum one ACTIVE industry certification (A , Network , Security . MCP, MCSE, CCNA)
- Must be fully certified, not just completed coursework
- Minimum of 3-5 yrs RECENT relevant helpdesk or desktop support experience -either with consumers or end users
- Experience supporting consumers/end users with generic hardware/ software issues: blue screen, diagnostics, cleanup, improve computer performance, virus removal, spyware, software installations, Word 2007, peripherals (cameras, printers, mp3)
- Must score at least an 85% within 25-30 mins on 4 PROVE IT tests: Computer Technician Skills, Technical Support Processes, Call Center Customer Service Survey, Call Center Tech Support (Audio Skills); if BILINGUAL, also Call Center Spanish/English (audio)
- a virus/spyware free computer (laptop or desktop), Windows XP, and IE 7.0 or under (NOT IE 8.0)
- speed internet access (cable or DSL) AND a home phone line (NO VONAGE, MAGIC JACK, or SKYPE) *Bundle package of internet/phone is acceptable if provided by a large carrier
- Previous experience with sales/upselling
