Social Media Search Consultant
DESCRIPTION:
As a Social Media Search Consultant your ultimate goal will be to contribute towards making internet search more exciting, relevant and interesting for all end users in the United States. You will play a part in improving the quality of one of the largest search engines in the world.
The internet has now become the powerhouse of all information, everything you need to find or explore can be found on the internet, yet how can we be sure this information is entirely up to date or relevant?
This is where you can contribute.
We are looking for creative thinkers who enjoy browsing the internet and would like to express their opinion on the quality and content of what is currently out there on the web. You will be provided with guidelines and scoring criteria on how best to evaluate an internet search result.
We are currently seeking people who have a strong interest in Social Media, specifically those with an active Twitter Account. Having a Gmail Account, Google Profile and familiarity with Google products would be an added bonus for this role.
You will have the flexibility and freedom to work from your own home, working your own hours, depending on availability of tasks (10-20 hours per week). Payment will be based on completion of the agreed upon tasks or engagements within the specified time period.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Preferred level of education/certification – Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
- Regular user of Twitter and Gmail with a Google Profile
- Familiarity with Google products is an advantage
- Access to and use of a broadband internet connection and associated computer and software to perform the work, all provided at your own expense
- Experience in use of web browsers to navigate and interact with a variety of content
- Time Management Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- A legal resident of the United States for the last 5 consecutive years

Patient Service Representative
DESCRIPTION:
The Patient Services representative (PSR) will be responsible for answering our toll free line(s). PSR’s will provide information to patients interested in receiving dentures, partials, and/or extraction services. Every call where applicable should be offered a brochure along with correct and complete information. Every caller should be given the following information:Fees, Time to Arrive, Method of Payment, Special Messages, Vacation/Holiday information, offer a Brochure, and give them directions to the office. In addition, PSR’s must ask every patient “How did you hear about the practice?” PSR’s must have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.

Virtual Tutor
DESCRIPTION:
Working out of their home, the LiveTutor will “virtually” manage a synchronous virtual classroom utilized by pre-screened students from Connections Education schools across the country. The virtual Tutoring Center will operate every evening from 7:00 p.m. -11:00 p.m. Eastern time and will cater to students seeking help in upper level Mathemathics including Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Algebra, and Geometry.
The LiveTutor will be responsible for working with students to develop understanding on a varied range of Mathematics subjects. LiveTutors will be responsible for monitoring student activity within the virtual classroom at all times, and providing support/feedback, as well as logging student contacts.
This part-time position will commence the first week of September and is a 10-month position; you may work up to four (4) days per week, Monday- Thursday for four (4) hours per day.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor activity within the virtual classroom at all times during hours of operation;
- Work with students to develop knowledge in all areas of math encompassing grades 9-12;
- Communicate with students through the use of LiveLesson and Webmail;
- Ensure necessary documentation is completed and adheres to Connections Education requirements and standards for all students that have attended the tutoring session; and
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA in mathematics or relevant field or current teaching certification in secondary mathematics
- Undergraduate/Graduate degree or students seeking a secondary mathematics teaching certification are also encouraged to apply
- Experience with online instruction is a plus
- Prior experience as tutor is a plus
- Strong technology skills (especially with Microsoft OS and MS Office)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Customer focused approach
- High degree of flexibility
- Demonstrated ability to work well in fast paced environment
- Team player track record
